Dear Jon,
I just wanted to drop you a quick letter of appreciation for a couple of your employees. First is Darren MacGeorge. He was referred to me by one of my long-time client/friends Amara Carpenter. He called, we set an appt. time and he was there before I was. I received a good price and accepted the deal. It’s scheduled for installation this coming Monday (6-12). Approx. one week later, I called Darren (on a Saturday at Noon) to ask if Blue Mtn. Air also did service. He informed me they did and between him and Graciella, Scott was here by 2:20 pm (10 minutes early) the same day. He fixed my home a/c for $149.00 in about 1 ½ hours. This was the same problem Three of Comerford’s guys couldn’t fix for over Five Hours. They then tried to sell me new coils for $1,800.00 or a new system for $6,000.00! Unbelievable.
I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to me, in this day and age of Mediocrity, that there is still HONEST, SKILLED, PROFESSIONALS out there. Thank you again for everything.
